Our culture is driven by the relentless pursuit of safety. At IMAC we are focused on mitigating risks, continuous improvement, and achieving an incident free workplace.  The world of safety is constantly evolving with new regulations and equipment. Our safety department is dedicated to the latest advancements and requirements, helping our teams achieve the safest work environment for themselves and our clients.

Advanced education and training are the core of IMAC’s safety culture. We promote and foster this safety culture, and our teams play an active role taking ownership in achieving it.  Meeting MSHA part 46 and 48b, OSHA, DOSH, and Army Core of Engineers EM385-1-1 standards require continual annual refresher training, which our members embrace. Our crews are unwilling to compromise when it comes to safety at our sites.
